This business is housed in The Bowes Building which was built in 1919 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. This is a beautiful historic building and a must see. I was granted permission to take some inside pics by a really nice attorney. I didn't get his name but I would definitely hire him as a personal injury attorney. A lot of attorneys would not let me just take pics of their building.

What Constitutes Medical Malpractice?

Medical malpractice is the failure by a hospital, doctor, or other medical professional, to care for a patient insofar as the patient incurs a serious injury or even death.

Criteria required for an injury claim to qualify as medical malpractice includes:
