Jeremy Johnston received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2003 from Seattle University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and among the top ten in his class. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University, where he also was the captain of the 1999 National Championship football team.
During his time in law school, Jeremy was an associate editor for the Seattle University Law Review and worked as an extern for United States District Court Judge Franklin D. Burgess. Jeremy is highly involved in the legal community, as a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He has acted as co-chair of the Washington Association for Justice Pierce County Roundtable and is a former committee member of both the Washington Association for Justice Membership Committee and the Pierce County Bar Association Judicial Qualifications Committee. Jeremy has chaired and presented seminars for the National Business Institute and the Washington State Association for Justice.
Jeremy has successfully represented seriously injured victims against negligent drivers, product manufacturers, medical providers, property owners, and others. He is passionate about achieving justice for his clients and holding accountable those who are responsible for their injuries.
Outside of his legal practice, Jeremy enjoys being active in the community. He serves on the board of directors for the Lions Youth Football Club, along with coaching youth baseball, basketball and football. A native of Tacoma, Jeremy is married to Whitney (Martin) and has three boys: Drake, Cole and Birk.
