Stephen is respected for his experience at trial and in appellate courts. Stephen’s passion for fairness and justice is not limited to his legal practice. He has worked tirelessly in the political arena to preserve access to justice for injury victims and their families. He testifies at legislative hearings on bills that would further victimize those who are injured by the fault of others. Stephen also lectures regularly at Continuing Legal Education Programs, regarding personal injury trial practice methods and strategies.

Born and raised in Seattle, Stephen is married to Linda Hodgkinson, with whom he has two adult children. Stephen spends his spare time rooting for the Husky Football team, golfing, bicycling and spending time with his family.
