What is the Dirty Face Dual Sport Ride?
The Dirty Face Dual Sport Ride is an annual non-competitive dual-sport ride that takes place every year in June, starting from Lake Wenatchee State Park in Washington. The event is hosted by the Lake Wenatchee Rec Club and has been running for over a decade, attracting riders from all over the United States. The ride covers two days, with different routes each day, and is designed for riders of all skill levels.
Who can participate?
The Dirty Face Dual Sport Ride is open to anyone who has a street-legal motorcycle. You don’t have to be an experienced rider to participate, but we recommend that you have some off-road experience, as the trails can be challenging. The ride is limited to 200 riders, so make sure you register early to guarantee your spot.
What to expect?
The Dirty Face Dual Sport Ride is not a race, it’s an adventure. The routes are carefully selected to take you through some of the most scenic and challenging trails in the area. You’ll ride through miles of dirt roads, single-track trails, and even cross rivers at some point. The routes are marked, and there will be checkpoints along the way to make sure nobody gets lost. On top of that, the ride is fully supported, with food and water stops along the way, as well as sweep trucks to pick up any bike that may break down.
