James has been heavily involved with TPCBA since he began his career as a lawyer, in particular with the pro bono committee, which provides free legal counsel to those who do not otherwise have access to it. He decided he wanted to lead TPCBA so that he could help grow the pro bono program.
“This is one of the most important things the organization does, it’s the public service arm of the bar association,” James said. “I want to see the program flourish.”
We are so proud of James’ dedication to service and our community. We look forward to seeing the impact he makes as he takes office Feb. 1, 2020! Keep an eye on our blog for more.
