Seattle Police arrest drunk driver

Evergreen Personal Injury Counsel recently worked endlessly to hold the City of Seattle responsible for failing a local family. In 2013, a drunk driver mowed down another car, killing a retired couple and severely injuring their grandson and mother. The driver had been under the supervision of the Seattle Municipal Court due to a previous drunken-driving arrest.

If he had been subject to closer alcohol-monitoring supervision, he would not have been able to get behind the wheel.

Evergreen Personal Injury Counsel attorney Steve Bulzomi represented the family in the lawsuit. The case was brought against Seattle over the city’s rules on supervising people known for driving intoxicated. The lawsuit settled at $13 million. The EPIC team’s overall passion for justice was exactly what was needed to bring about accountability to this unfortunate incident!
