EPIC Law Firm Wins Case, Construction Site Fall Victim Awarded $1,666,552.95

Evergreen Personal Injury Counsel Attorneys James McCormick and Neil Stubbs are pleased to report an excellent trial verdict.  On January 28, 2022, the Snohomish County Superior Court awarded $1,666,552.95 at the conclusion of trial.  Our client had suffered serious disabling injuries in a fall at a construction site.  The fall was caused by the negligence of the general contractor who had covered a large hole in a roof with roofing paper and left the hole unmarked and unguarded.  The verdict follows over three years of hard fought litigation.
